When you sell an item or want your goods moving you can create an order:

You select from your stock the goods you want, the quantity you want, where you want them to go to, how you want to get them there, when you want them there and you can also state any special instructions.

 

 

Then when you have placed your order we pick it using either one of our forklifts (gas, electirc, cherry picker etc.), alternatively using our hands! Following this if needed we will pick, pack and weigh your goods for transit. Then if needed arrange a courier (we have some good links with couriers to find you the best and most economical option!)

If the despatch needs palletising we can do this too and load onto a haulage lorry. If the goods are going abroad then we can also load onto 20ft and 40ft containers, we are customs trained and can help you get your goods to their destination wherever they are heading.

You can follow the order through automated emailing of the progress letting you know when it has been picked, packed and despatched! You can also follow it manually online as all the stages are live 24/7 on your account.

Then it is despatched through one of our or your couriers and that's it!
